REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Your satisfaction is our priority. At Leisuretime we understand that buying clothing and fashion online is convenient. It doesn't however, give you the chance to try things on first and sometimes items just don't fit or suit you. We guarantee a 'no hassles' return and refund policy. You may return the items bought online at full price within 2 weeks of purchase for a full refund or exchange if preferred. Sale items can be exchanged or returned for a refund. The return postage is your responsibility however we will pay for the postage to you when a replacement product is requested. Goods must be unworn, unmarked, and in resalable condition with tags still attached and purchase receipts included. All returns will be subject to a quality inspection by Leisuretime staff. If our returns requirements are not met, refunds or exchanges can be refused. Please return goods via registered mail to ensure their safety as we do not take responsibility for goods lost in transit. If you need to return an item for another reason e.g. product fault and the two-week window has past, please call customer service for a return authorization number.
